Community Health Center Borigumma is a Pioneer Health Institution of Koraput District. It is situated in a Tribal populated block of Southern Odisha.

The Rural Govt Hospital has many Dreams yet to be realized we strive hard to offer a balanced blend of preventive .promotive, Curative& rehabilitative services to the society in cooperation with NHM and Government Health Programmes . Our CHC Delivering Health Services to 31( Thirty One) Gram Panchayat of Borigumma Block Through 6(Six) PHCs, 39 (Thirty Nine) Sub Centers with Dynamic Doctors and Supervising Staffs. CHC have a vision to Develop, Physical, Mental & Spiritual aspects of health among people of Borigumma. Unremitting zeal and devotion, professional competence help us to maintain a clean hygiene and Swachha Hospital in such a remote area for which are awarded “ KAYAKALPA “ in recent past.
